Serve Shelby is a Church-wide week of Loving & Serving our Community. Our hope is that we are able to build relationships with home owners that can continue for years to come.

For warehouse247 Students...

Our first year of Serve Shelby was great and now we are back for year 2! We are staying right in Shelby and working on houses in our own backyard. This gives us an opportunity to love on the people that God has put in our neighborhood. Our hope is that we are able to build relationships with home owners that can continue for years to come. All 6th-12th grade students and their parents as well as warehouse leaders are invited to attend.

We will be partnering with Shelby Mission Camp to work on the projects they have already identified and different from last year, will be staying at the Shelby Mission Camp. So no more sleeping on sleeping bags on the warehouse floor! This is a mission trip right in our back yard so come prepared to work hard and share your faith with our community the same way if you were going overseas.

The best part about this event is that we are able to keep the cost of this to $110 per participant. This is 1/3 of the cost of a typical Mission Serve trip.

Please note that there will be a mandatory meeting for all attending on June 28, 2023 at 8:00pm in warehouse. At least one parent or guardian of students 17 years old or younger will need to attend.

For Clubhouse Kids...

The Pre-teens (4th-5th Graders) will be doing a couple of yard projects in our Community. Parents will be encouraged to come along and help with these hands on projects. We will visit the Shelby Mission camp for a meal, and hear a talk about local missions and then go out and serve. If you have a project we could help you with or just want to volunteer please reach out to our Children's Pastor, Corby Haneline.
