Psalm 1

Introduction:  A Christ-follower is truly content when he honors the God of the Word by meditating and walking in the light of God’s Word.  He avoids ungodly fellowship, ungodly counsel, ungodly goals, and ungodly conduct. 

• The Godly Person – (Psalm 1:1-3)
     The Godly Person’s Path – (Psalm 1:1)(Galatians 5:16,25)(Ephesians 4:1-2)(Ephesians 5:15-18)
     The Godly Person Does not Seek Counsel from The Ungodly
     The Godly Person Associates with the Word of God - (Psalm 1:2)
     The Godly Person Attains a Productive Life - (Psalm 1:3) (Galatians 6:9-10)

• The Godless Person –  (Psalm 1:4-6)
     The Godless Person Is Driven - (Psalm 1:4)
     The Godless Person is Doomed - (Psalm 1:5) (Revelation 20:11-15)

Application:

Beach House 2021

Our student ministry (warehouse247) starts their summer camp today. Please be in prayer for the students and leaders on this trip, that students come home with a renewed fire for God. High school students leave today and Middle school students leave next Sunday.
