Introduction: God has wired us for relationships. We find in God’s Word that as a Church Family, we were created to go through life in connection with one another; however, for various reasons it is easy to become disconnected from those God has placed in our lives.

Enemies of Connected Relationships:

Selfishness Destroys Connection  (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
Selflessness Builds Connection  (Philippians 2:1-4)

Pride Destroys Connection  (Proverbs 28:25)

Prayer of Application: Dear God, You have seen every relationship I have ever had. You know how my selfishness, pride, insecurity and resentment have destroyed some of them. I admit that I need Your help, in my life and in my relationships. I ask You to assimilate the people into my life that You desire.

It’s time to assemble the empty OCC shoeboxes to be ready for next Sunday.  Everyone is welcome to come and help fold shoeboxes!

I'm A Christian Now Class

Begins: October 17

A 5-week class for kids 1^st - 5^th grade who have made a profession of faith.  We recommend your child complete this class before baptism.  Parents are asked to attend the first class with their child.

Covid Update

Many of you may not know that the COVID numbers in Cleveland County are as high as they have ever been.

Because of this and the fact we cannot ensure social distancing:
masks are suggested but at your own discretion. 

For those who have tested positive for COVID or have symptoms of the virus we ask you not to attend and join us on the Livestream at 9:30 each Sunday morning.

PASSION 2022

January 2-4, 2022

A gathering of 18-25 year olds,  PASSION exists to see a generation leverage their lives for what matters most. For graduating high-school seniors, college students, and adults under 25. Cost includes ticket,
transportation, and hotel.

Total Cost: $250
$120 Deposit Due—October 6
Full Balance Due—November 21
