THE SUPREMACY OF CHRIST
“The Passion of the Church”
Colossians 4:16-18 

Introduction: One’s affection for the things of God is determined by their passions, (what lights their fire?) perceptions, (how they view God?) and priorities (how they prioritize their life?). The same is true for the individual local church.

A Special Message (Colossians 4:16) (Revelation 3:14-17)

The Total Supremacy of Jesus
--Lord of the Creation (Colossians 1:15-17)
--Lord of the Church (Colossians 1:18)
--Lord of the Christian (Colossians 1:27)

The Total Sufficiency of Jesus
--all the treasures are in Jesus (Colossians 2:2-3)
--all the victory is in Jesus (Colossians 2:14-15)

The Total Supervision of Jesus (Colossians 3:1-2)

Application: The message of Colossians is “salvation is by grace through faith, in the all-sufficient Jesus Christ, not through human works advocated by false teachers.”

This will be for all adult (12wks) and student (8wks) Connect Groups. The Study Guide will be $5 and can be purchased at the Connect Desk or the Church Office (Cash/Check/Card accepted).  We believe God will transform lives and our church family through this study.
