Living Carefully, NOT Cowardly (Ephesians 5:15-16) (James 4:14)

Idleness is the Habitat where Temptation grows

Danger comes from:

• A Deceptive Enemy
• A Fallen World
• A Lustful Flesh

Conforming to God’s Path, NOT Your Plans (Ephesians 5:17)
God’s Will for My Life = “How does God fit into My Life?”
My Life for God’s Will = “How do I fit into God’s Will?” (Romans 12:2)

Being Controlled by the Spirit, NOT “spirits” (Ephesians 5:18)
What Fills You, Leads You
The Human Spirit Fails unless the Holy Spirit Fills

Sharing Praises, NOT Sowing Complaints (Ephesians 5:19-20)
A Thermometer Declares the Environment
A Thermostat Changes the Environment (I Timothy 4:12)

Good News Club

Join the Good News Club, a powerful ministry bringing the Gospel to kids in public schools. We’re looking for men & women with a heart for children (grades 3–5) to help lead, love, & share Jesus.

Wednesday Summer Connect Group Schedule

July 30: No Wednesday Connect Groups or Clubhouse.
August 6-20: Meet as usual
August 27: No Wednesday Connect Groups - Back to School Bash
Bryan will to lead the mid-week Bible Study in the Legacy Suite each week throughout the Summer.  If no other Connect Groups are meeting, there will be no childcare.
