“Joy on Tap”
John 2:1-11

Introduction: John isn’t writing a Biography for Information, he’s writing an Invitation for Transformation- that you mayBelieve and that you may have Life. In John 2, we see that life is revealed as a joy only Jesus can Give and a joy only Jesus can Restore.

When Joy runs out, Trust His Timing (John 2:1-4)
- Jesus doesn’t Kill joy, He Creates joy

When Joy feels empty, Obey His Voice (John 2:5-8)
- Jesus wants you to Share in His miraculous work 

When Joy is restored, Receive His Fullness (John 2:9-10)
- Jesus doesn’t simply Add to your life, He Transforms your life
     o In Quality: From Common to Extraordinary
     o In Quantity: from Empty to Overflowing

When Joy is revealed, Await His Promise (John 2:11)
- Jesus saves the Best for Last

Application: Don’t just Chase joy, Receive it from Him. Don’t just manage the Empty, let Him make you New. Don’t just settle for this life, Believe in Him and find your joy in what’s to come.

Serve Shelby is a week of serving our city through local projects and sharing the gospel. We’ll stay at Shelby Mission Camp and grow in faith together.
