THAT YOU MAY...
“No Middle Ground”
John 3:1-21

Introduction: John isn’t writing a Biography for Information, he’s writing an Invitation for Transformation- that you may Believeand that you may have Life. In John 3, we see that Salvation is not about what You do for God, but what God does for You.

Salvation is…

Not Religion, but Regeneration (John 3:1-7)
- A Devout man…
   o High moral Character
   o Sincere religious Hunger
   o Profound spiritual Blindness
- …with a Deeper need
   o Must be “Born Again” (from Above)
            Completely Cleansed & Completely Changed

Not Self-Determined, but Spirit-Controlled (John 3:8-12)
- Spontaneous but Sovereign: “He Starts Salvation”
- Unseen but Undeniable: “He Sustains Salvation”

Not Human Achievement, but Divine Intervention (John 3:13-17)
- Jesus ALONE…
   o Willingly becomes the Substitute
   o Perfectly embodies God’s Love
   o Graciously offers Salvation before Condemnation

Salvation Divides the Response (John 3:18-21)

Application: You cannot be Neutral with Jesus. You will either believe and receive Life or reject and remain Condemned. Ask TODAY to be Born Again.
